Prospecting stages

What the stage chip on every row means, and how a company moves through it.

Every row in the Feed, Database, lists and your book carries a stage chip.

Chip Meaning
Not enriched Nothing done yet
Enriched Website, reviews and mentions pulled; no owner email yet
Contact found An email the agent can write to
Queued / Starts (date) Enrolled, waiting for the agent or a scheduled start
Ready for review The agent drafted; you approve or reject
Approved / Touch n Sending, or n emails sent
Replied They wrote back; follow-ups stop; the CRM hand-off fires
Rejected / Finished Closed, with the reason

Enrolled rows also show the play and the owner's first name; the chip links to the enrollment in the Prospecting Agent.

Account status

Separate from the agent stage, each company has an account status your team sets: new, contacted, replied, meeting, quoted, won, lost, not now. The first four advance on their own from real events (a send, a reply, a meeting-link click) and never overwrite a stage a person set.
