Data
Where does the data come from? California's public contractor licensing records and the workers' comp coverage certificates filed against them, joined with registrations, permits, and the contractor's own website and reviews. See Data sources.
Is it only California? Yes, on purpose. Complete in one state beats shallow in fifty.
How fresh is it? State records weekly; website and reviews per section, from 14 to 90 days; owner lookups on demand.
Sending
Do emails really send from my inbox? Yes, with send-only permission. Replies land in your inbox and threads live in your Sent folder. Nothing sends until you approve it.
How many emails a day? 25 per warmed mailbox by default, 8 for a new address, Tuesday to Thursday mornings. Plays can lower these.
What happens when someone replies? Follow-ups stop, the account moves to Replied, and the hand-off fires to your CRM.
Credits and plans
What is a credit? The unit for work that costs Birdray money: enrich 1, owner email 2, owner mobile 5, agent pass 3. Browsing and sending are free. A miss is never charged.
What does Free include? The whole dataset, profiles, three lists, 20 credits a month, one agent preview a month. No sending.
Do you charge per seat? No. Plans include one, three or ten seats.
Can I cancel? Any time from Manage billing; the workspace drops to Free with data intact.
Team and partner
What does the growth partner do? A named person who sets up your workspace, builds plays, enrolls your first companies and sends a weekly call sheet, scaled by plan. See Your growth partner.
Can my team share one workspace? Yes; each producer connects their own mailbox, the admin sets territories, limits and distribution.
Integrations
Which CRMs? HubSpot natively; anything else through a signed webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n) and the API write-back.
Can I import my own lists? CSV from anywhere or a Clay export, with templates. A licence number links people to companies.
