Reach

The Prospecting Agent

Enroll companies, review drafts, approve, and let it send and follow up from your Gmail.

The agent takes a company from "we should reach out" to a sent, tracked, followed-up email.

Enrolling

Tick rows anywhere and choose Enroll in a play…. The dialog makes four things explicit: the selling play, who works them (you, round-robin, or a teammate if you're an admin), whether to add a paid owner lookup when research finds no email, and when to start (now or a date). The footer states the credit cost against your balance.

What happens next

  1. Research: the enrichment record (fresh or cached), plus the licence facts.
  2. Brief: a summary, the hooks worth opening with, the best contact, the recommended angle, a fit score. Enrollments below the play's minimum fit are auto-rejected.
  3. Draft: a first email under the play's strategy and the active A/B variants, plus follow-ups on the play's cadence, in your Brain's voice. The booking link is included if the play says so.
  4. Review: the enrollment shows as Ready for review. Approve, edit, reject, re-run, find the owner contact, reassign, or hand off to CRM.
  5. Send: approved emails go out on the hour from the owner's connected mailbox inside the play's send window and daily cap, with open, click and booking-link tracking.
  6. Follow-ups: on the cadence, stopping on reply, unsubscribe, or a won/lost write-back.

The queue

Overview, Enrollments and Analyze tabs. Status tabs: all, ready for review, in progress, finished, errored, queued. Filters: play, owner, date, source, sender, engagement, finished reason, error type, mine. Bulk actions: approve, reject, remove, re-run, start now, reassign, schedule.

Who it writes to

Preferred contact first, then the owner, then the qualifier, then anyone named; general inboxes last. Anyone flagged do-not-contact is skipped, and so is any email another workspace paid to reveal.
