A named person on every paid plan: what they do at each tier and how to reach them.
Every paid workspace has a named growth partner. The card on the Feed and the Outbound page shows who it is, with a booking link, an email, and a one-line ask.
What the partner does
- Data: a setup session (territory, trades, carriers you replace) and a monthly check-in.
- Outbound: builds your selling plays from your book, enrolls your first hundred companies with you, and sends a weekly call sheet of who opened, clicked and replied.
- Agency: team onboarding, a quarterly territory plan, a monthly review.
Asking for help
Pick one of the four asks on the card (set up my workspace, build my selling plays, enroll my first companies, a question), add a line if you like, and send. It lands with your partner immediately; replies come by email, usually the same day. On the Free plan the card still works; you're self-serve, but every request is read.
