Privacy Policy

What we collect from you
Account details (name, email, agency), preferences you set, the lists, notes, and campaigns you create, and usage analytics. If you connect a mailbox, we store the OAuth tokens needed to send on your behalf and the metadata of messages sent through Birdray.
Contractor data
Birdray processes information about licensed businesses drawn from public government records and public business listings. Where a record names an individual (for example a license holder or officer), that information originates from the public source and is used solely to help licensed insurance professionals contact businesses.
How we use data
To run the service, personalize your feed, generate drafts and digests you request, and improve data quality. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Service providers we rely on: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (draft generation, with only the facts you see on the page), Google (sign-in and, if connected, Gmail sending). Each acts on our instructions.
Opting out
Anyone who receives an email sent through Birdray can unsubscribe with one click; the address is suppressed for that workspace. Businesses that want their record corrected or limited can write to privacy@birdray.com.
Retention and security
Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted on request after cancellation. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is scoped per workspace.
California residents
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@birdray.com.
