Privacy, compliance and sending hygiene

Public data, contractor consent, unsubscribe, suppression, and what Birdray never does.

  • Company facts come from public state records and the contractor's own website; owner contacts from the site or a business-data vendor. No consumer data brokers, no scraped private sources.
  • Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes and do-not-contact flags are honoured by the agent and campaigns.
  • Suppression lists (Outbound page) block addresses across the workspace; upload a CSV or paste.
  • Sending follows CAN-SPAM norms: your real name and address, one ask, no deceptive subjects. The playbook's caps protect your domain reputation.
  • Gmail permission is send-only unless you opt into reply detection. Tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked from Google.
  • Team territories and credit limits are enforced server-side.
