Sign up and onboarding
Google sign-in, the seven onboarding steps, the setup screen, and what the trial includes.
Signing up
Sign in with Google at app.birdray.com. A one-time email link works too. The first sign-in creates your workspace; teammates you invite later join the same one.
Onboarding steps
- You: name, agency, your website. The website matters: the Business Brain reads it so drafts sound like you.
- Territory: counties and cities you work.
- Trades: the contractor classifications you write.
- Appetite: size tiers, coverage lines, carriers you represent (picked from the carriers that actually appear in the data).
- Goals: new accounts per month, minimum employees, what you're best at, how you prospect today, and carriers you most often replace. This builds your recommended lists and the pace bar on the Feed.
- Alerts: which signals you want in your digest.
- Review.
The setup screen
After the last step Birdray builds your Business Brain in the background from your website and shows progress: reading the site, extracting offers and proof, drafting voice rules. You can use the app while it finishes.
The trial
A new workspace gets 14 days of the Outbound plan and 100 credits. On day 15 it moves to Free with nothing deleted: lists, companies, contacts and drafts stay; sending pauses and credits drop to 20 a month. Two days before the end you get an email showing what you used and the plan that fits.
