Reach
The playbook: timing, cadence and limits
The defaults the agent follows, and where each one comes from.
Reach → Playbook shows the rules with their reasons. Defaults:
| Rule | Default |
|---|---|
| Renewal stages | plan 90+, shop 30 to 90, bind under 30, late, post |
| First touch | 60 to 75 days before the x-date |
| Cadence | day 0, 3, 7 |
| Emails per cycle | 3 |
| Maximum touches per company | 5 |
| Cooldown after a cycle | 120 days |
| Send days and window | Tuesday to Thursday, 07:30 to 11:00 Pacific |
| Daily cap per mailbox | 25 warm, 8 for a new address |
| Length | first touch under 90 words, one ask |
Each play can override cadence, touches, days, window and cap. The agent never sends outside the window, never exceeds the cap, and stops on reply.
