Company intelligence and enrichment
What enrichment pulls, how it's shared, how fresh each section is, and what it costs.
Enrichment reads a contractor's public web presence and stores it once for every workspace.
Sections and freshness
| Section | Source | Refreshes after |
|---|---|---|
| Website read | Firecrawl scrape of the site (home, about, services) | 90 days |
| Recent mentions | Web search for the company | 14 days |
| Google reviews | Google Places rating, count, review themes | 30 days |
| Contacts on site | Emails and phones found on the site | 90 days |
| Social links | Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn found on the site | 90 days |
| Owner and company pages, matched by name | 180 days | |
| Vendor record | Business-data vendor record (owner, emails, phones, socials) | 365 days |
Each refresh diffs against the previous version and records what changed ("New contact: …", "Rating moved …"). History is visible on the profile.
Shared across workspaces
Company facts are shared: the first workspace to enrich pays a credit, everyone after sees it free. Contacts from paid lookups are shared as facts but stay masked for workspaces that didn't pay for the reveal, and on the Free plan for companies you haven't enriched.
Owner lookup
When the site lists no owner email, Find owner contact runs a paid lookup. Two credits on an email hit, five on a phone-only hit, nothing on a miss. The enroll dialog can opt every enrollment into this automatically; it only runs when free research came up empty.
Bulk
Tick rows and press Enrich to run up to 25 in the background. Lists have an "Enrich N not yet enriched" button.
