Lists and recommended lists
Books of accounts your team is working, with a pipeline header and one-click recommendations.
Lists
A list is a set of companies. Create one from the selection bar (Add to list → New list), from a company profile, or from a saved search. The list page shows a pipeline header: in list → enriched → contact found → enrolled → replied, with two whole-list actions: Enrich N not yet enriched and Enroll N in a play…. Territory Reports (Outbound and above) build a printable PDF for the list.
Recommended lists
Built from your onboarding answers: territory renewals, trades you're best at, carriers you most often replace, newly licensed, lapsed. Each shows a live count and creates the list with one click, soonest renewal first.
Importing companies
A CSV of licence numbers becomes a list: Reach → Import leads → Companies by licence number. Unknown licences are reported, not inserted.
