Selling plays and strategies

Audience, strategies, schedule and sender: the unit the agent runs under, with A/B strategies and experiments.

A play is A Audience (trades, size tiers, signals, counties), B Strategies (two or more messaging angles the agent alternates between, each with pains, value points, ask, must-say and never-say lines, weight, and the renewal stages it applies to), C Schedule (send days, window, cadence, max touches, cooldown, daily cap), D Sender (which mailbox, auto-approve or review, include booking link).

Template library

Start from a template (renewal window, lapsed coverage, newly licensed, growth signals, carrier replacement, and more) and edit. Templates encode the playbook's timing rules.

Stages

The agent tunes messaging to where the contractor is in the renewal cycle: plan (90+ days out), shop (30 to 90), bind (under 30), late (past due), post (just renewed). A strategy can be limited to certain stages.

Experiments

Workspace-level A/B dimensions the agent randomises per email: subject style, opener, and any you add. Results roll up by play, strategy and variant under Performance. Wait for 30 or more sends per cell before trusting a difference.

Feed tabs

Each play gets a tab on the Feed showing the companies that match its audience, with an "Enroll all shown" action.
