Mailboxes: connecting Gmail
Send as yourself with send-only permission; replies land in your inbox.
Reach → Mailboxes. Each producer connects their own Gmail or Google Workspace account.
What permission we ask for
Send only. We can send as you; we cannot read your mail. Emails leave from your address, replies land in your inbox, threads sit in your Sent folder. Nothing sends from a Birdray address, and nothing sends until you approve it.
Reply detection (optional)
"Connect with reply detection" adds read access to message headers so follow-ups stop the moment someone answers. Without it, mark replies on the enrollment; Birdray also stops when the CRM writes back.
Team
Every teammate connects from the same page. The admin sees who has a mailbox and can reassign enrollments. Daily caps and warm-up follow the playbook.
If Google shows "access blocked"
The app is in testing until Google verification completes; ask your growth partner to add your address to the tester list, or wait for verification.
