The words Birdray uses, in one place.
- X-date: the workers' comp policy expiration date.
- Signal: a change worth acting on: renewal, lapse, new licence, permit, fleet, growth.
- Enrichment: the shared record of what a contractor says about itself online.
- Owner lookup: a paid search for the owner's email or mobile when the site lists none.
- Play: audience + strategies + schedule + sender; what the agent runs under.
- Strategy: one messaging angle inside a play; the agent alternates between them.
- Experiment / variant: an A/B dimension randomised per email (subject style, opener, CTA, length).
- Enrollment: one company under one play, owned by one producer.
- Touch: one email in a cycle.
- Stage (agent): where an enrollment is: queued, ready, approved, touch n, replied, finished.
- Account status: your team's stance on a company: new, contacted, replied, meeting, quoted, won, lost, not now.
- Hand-off: the push of company, person, thread and brief to your CRM on reply or meeting.
- Credit: the unit for metered work.
- Growth partner: the named person on every paid plan.
